Installation Notes:

Allow the stove to cool completely before installation. Remove the door and glass retainers per the manufacturer’s instructions. Carefully remove the old glass and all existing gasket material. Clean the glass channel thoroughly. Apply new tape gasket evenly around the perimeter of the replacement glass. Reinstall the glass, ensuring even spacing around all edges. Tighten retainers snugly without overtightening, maintaining approximately 1/8" clearance to allow for thermal expansion.

Important:
This panel is not tempered glass. Tempered glass is unsafe for wood stoves and may fail above 450°F. Ceramic, pyro-ceramic, and neo-ceramic glass are engineered for sustained high-heat environments and are rated to withstand temperatures up to 1,400°F with minimal thermal expansion.
