    We pride ourselves on helping our customers. If you have questions about wood stove or fireplace glass, pyroceram glass, neoceram glass, robax glass, tempered glass or how any of these products should be used, please let us know. We regularly update products on our web site and this takes time. Sometimes we may have the information and it has not yet made it onto the site. Many of our glass sizes and patterns come from customers like you, we do not know them all so we may ask for your help too. Every day we learn of a new stove or fireplace model, some that we think we know will surprise us too. They may have different doors (rectangle or arch top) in the same model or different models with the same names. It keeps us on our toes, that's for sure. We do our best to complete every order as quickly and accurately as possible, but we are human and do make mistakes. If you feel we made an error, please let us know so we can make it right. Every single customer is our priority, we pride ourselves on that and as a small company, we live or die by it!
