At Total Hearth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the original order date using our Online Returns Center.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for return.
All return requests must be submitted for review and approval. Approval is contingent on meeting the conditions outlined below.
Inspection & Condition
Once your return is received, it will undergo a full inspection.
Items must be in βlike-newβ condition to qualify for a refund. Products that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Return Requests Will Not Be Approved If:

The glass cracked during or after installation (see glass installation instructions).

The return is requested more than 30 days from the original order date.

The glass was custom-cut or custom-sized.

The order was shipped internationally.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking costs associated with processing your return.
Additional Notes
Refunds are issued only after your return has been received and approved.
Please allow up to 5β7 business days for your refund to be processed once approved.
