Installation Notes:

Allow the stove to cool completely before servicing. Remove the door if needed and carefully loosen the glass retainers. Remove the old glass and all existing gasket material. Clean the glass channel thoroughly. Apply new tape gasket evenly around the perimeter of the replacement glass, position the panel in the frame, and reinstall retainers snugly without overtightening to allow for proper thermal expansion during operation.

Important:
This panel is not tempered glass. Tempered glass is unsafe for wood stoves and may fail above 450°F. Ceramic, pyro-ceramic, and neo-ceramic glass are engineered for sustained high-heat environments and are rated to withstand temperatures up to 1,400°F.
