This replacement panel is manufactured from high-temperature ceramic glass, which is designed to tolerate the extreme heat and thermal cycling produced by pellet stoves.

Do not substitute ordinary window glass or standard tempered glass in an application requiring high-temperature ceramic glass.

Gasket Sold Separately

The glass gasket is NOT included with this replacement panel.

We strongly recommend inspecting the existing glass gasket whenever replacing stove glass. A worn, compressed, damaged, or deteriorated gasket may prevent the new glass from sealing correctly.

Replace the gasket when necessary, before installing the new glass.

Installation Tips

• Allow the pellet stove to cool completely before beginning installation.
• Carefully remove the existing glass and clean the glass mounting area.
• Inspect the glass gasket and replace it if worn or damaged.
• Position the new ceramic glass carefully within the door assembly.
• Reinstall the glass retainers evenly.
• Tighten retaining hardware gradually using a crisscross pattern when applicable.
• Do not overtighten the glass retainers. Ceramic stove glass requires room for normal thermal expansion.
• Never operate the stove with cracked, improperly installed, or unsecured glass.
