Installation Notes:

Allow the stove to cool completely before servicing. Remove the door retainers and carefully remove the damaged glass and old gasket material. Clean the glass channel thoroughly. Apply new tape gasket evenly around the perimeter of the replacement glass, set the panel into position, and reinstall retainers snugly without overtightening to allow for proper thermal expansion.

Important:
This is not tempered glass. Tempered glass is unsafe for pellet stove applications and may fail at temperatures above 450°F. Ceramic, pyro-ceramic, and neo-ceramic glass are engineered for continuous exposure up to 1,400°F, ensuring safe, reliable stove operation.
