Installation Notes:

Allow the stove insert to cool completely before servicing. Remove the door retainers and carefully take out the damaged glass and old gasket material. Clean the glass channel thoroughly. Apply new tape gasket evenly around the perimeter of the replacement glass, position the panel into the frame, and reinstall retainers snugly without overtightening to allow for normal thermal expansion.

Important:
This is not tempered glass. Tempered glass is unsafe for wood stove applications and may fail above 450°F. Ceramic, pyro-ceramic, and neo-ceramic glass are engineered for continuous exposure up to 1,400°F, ensuring safe, reliable stove operation.
