Installation Instructions

  • Always use factory-recommended gaskets and fasteners when installing stove glass.

  • Take photos while removing old glass to ensure proper reinstallation.

  • Do not overtighten fasteners; glass must be held snug, but allowed to expand when heated.

  • Keep mounting channels clean, flat, and free of debris before installation.

  • Use gloves when handling glass to avoid fingerprints and to protect from sharp edges.

  • If you notice missing gasket sections, this may be intentional for “air wash” systems that help keep glass clean.

Why Choose Our Stove Glass?

Unlike tempered glass, which fails at 450°F, Pyroceram® ceramic glass is specifically engineered for wood and pellet stoves. With superior heat tolerance, thermal shock resistance, and clarity, this panel ensures long-lasting safety and performance.
