Installation Notes:

Allow the fireplace to cool completely before servicing. Remove the glass frame or retainers according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Carefully remove the existing glass and old gasket material. Clean the glass channel thoroughly. Install a new tape gasket around the perimeter of the replacement glass, then set the panel into position. Reinstall retainers snugly without overtightening. Maintain approximately 1/8" clearance around the glass to allow for thermal expansion during operation.

Important:
This panel is not tempered glass. Tempered glass is unsafe for fireplaces and may shatter at temperatures above 450°F. Ceramic, pyro-ceramic, and neo-ceramic glass are engineered for sustained high-heat environments and are rated to withstand temperatures up to 1,400°F with minimal thermal expansion.
