Installation Notes:

Allow the stove to cool completely before servicing. Remove the door if needed and carefully loosen the glass retainers. Remove the old glass and all remaining gasket material. Clean the glass channel thoroughly. Install a new tape gasket evenly around the perimeter of the replacement glass. Position the glass into the door frame and reinstall retainers snugly without overtightening. Maintain approximately 1/8" clearance around the glass to allow for thermal expansion during operation.

Important:
This is not tempered glass. Tempered glass cannot withstand sustained wood stove temperatures and may fail above 450°F. Ceramic, pyro-ceramic, and neo-ceramic glass are engineered for high-heat environments and are rated to withstand temperatures up to 1,400°F with minimal thermal expansion.
