Why Choose the PO-400170 Blower Fan Blade?
Maintaining proper airflow is essential for efficient stove operation and comfortable heat distribution. The PO-400170 blower fan blade restores original airflow performance, reduces noise, and promotes even heating throughout the living space. Engineered for durability and precision balance, this fan blade is a long-lasting, reliable choice for your Buck or Carolina wood stove blower system.

Installation Instructions:
Disconnect power to the stove and ensure the blower assembly is completely cool before servicing.
Remove the blower housing access panel to expose the blower motor and fan assembly.
If the old fan blade is present, carefully pull it straight off the motor shaft. You may need to loosen a set screw or retaining clip depending on your motor configuration.
Inspect the motor shaft and blower housing for debris, damage, or imbalance. Clean as needed.
Align the new PO-400170 fan blade onto the motor shaft with the 5/16" bore centered. Ensure the blade slides fully onto the shaft and seats flat.
If applicable, tighten any set screw or retaining hardware to secure the blade.
Reinstall the blower housing access panel. Restore power and briefly run the blower to verify smooth, quiet operation.

Installation Tip: If there is excessive noise or vibration after installation, confirm the blade is straight and the set screw is snug. Also verify that the motor rotation matches the blade’s intended CW rotation.
