Installation Notes:

Allow the stove to cool completely before servicing. Remove the door and glass retainers according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Carefully remove the old glass and all gasket material. Clean the glass channel thoroughly. Install new tape gasket around the perimeter of the replacement glass, then position the glass so the squared notch aligns correctly with the handle. Reinstall retainers snugly without overtightening. Maintain approximately 1/8" clearance around the glass to allow for thermal expansion during operation.

Important:
This panel is not tempered glass. Tempered glass is unsafe for wood stoves and may shatter at temperatures above 450°F. Ceramic, pyro-ceramic, and neo-ceramic glass are engineered for sustained high-heat environments and are rated to withstand temperatures up to 1,400°F with minimal thermal expansion.
