Why Choose the US Stove 80554 Circuit Board?
A failing control board can cause startup problems, feeding issues, or complete stove shutdown. Replacing it with the OEM 80554 digital circuit board restores proper timing, accurate fuel delivery, and dependable system coordination. Built to factory specifications, this controller ensures safe operation and consistent performance in demanding pellet and multi-fuel heating environments.
Installation Instructions:
Disconnect power to the stove at the breaker before servicing. Allow the stove to cool completely.
Remove the control panel cover or rear access panel according to your stove model.
Carefully disconnect the wiring harnesses from the existing circuit board. Label connectors or take a photo before removal to ensure proper reconnection.
Remove the mounting screws securing the old circuit board and carefully lift it out.
Position the new 80554 circuit board into the control housing and secure it with the original mounting hardware.
Reconnect all wiring harnesses firmly, ensuring each connector is fully seated and matches its original position.
Verify that all fuses are installed correctly and match the specified amperage and type.
Restore power to the stove. Power on the unit and confirm normal startup, ignition, auger operation, and fan control.
Reinstall all access panels and resume normal stove operation.
Installation tip: If the stove fails to operate after installation, immediately disconnect power and recheck wiring connections and fuse placement before further operation.
