Installation Notes:

Allow the stove to cool completely before beginning installation. Remove the door and glass retainers according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Carefully remove the old glass and all existing gasket material. Clean the glass channel thoroughly. Apply new tape gasket around the perimeter of the replacement glass, ensuring the handle notch is properly aligned. Reinstall retainers snugly without overtightening. Maintain approximately 1/8" clearance around the glass to allow for thermal expansion during operation.

Important:
This panel is not tempered glass. Tempered glass is unsafe for wood stoves and may shatter at temperatures above 450°F. Ceramic, pyro-ceramic, and neo-ceramic glass are engineered for sustained high-heat environments and are rated to withstand temperatures up to 1,400°F with minimal thermal expansion.
